台北场Legacy 1000张预售票五日SOLD OUT，但在上个夏天前，无人知晓他们动静，只潜伏于台北阳明山脚一偶，专赋属于新时代力量的调子，哼哼哈哈中道出新青年的种种忧愁。而2016的3月19日开春之时，来自台湾的独立摇滚新锐─草东没有派对，将于深圳B10现场，展示专属于丑奴儿的炸裂魔力。
草东没有派对的主唱及吉他手土生土长于台北阳明山，喜爱在阳明山里奔走游玩，也因此发现了一处人烟稀少之地─草东街。草东街长满了芒草，微风吹拂下，芒草群一齐晃动，自由且不失野性。两人在此寻得了许多难得的灵感，找到彼此的默契，便决议以此地命名。人烟稀少之地难能可贵的地方便是能躲避许多人类社会的喧闹与污染破坏，但随着知晓草东街的人增多垃圾满地，原本一场属于大自然的派对，热度也渐渐冷却。强烈接收着来自人类与自然的讯息的两人，便命团名为草东没有派对，决心写下关于人、关于大自然的故事。
草东没有派对的曲风多变，记录对于土地对于人情世俗的观感，节奏游走在雀跃的Disco Beats与带有油渍味道的重破音大拍之间。时而细腻低语呢喃，时而绝望放声嘶吼，深刻的语句，搭上跳动的旋律，融入现代电子音乐元素，创新而和谐的编制，激荡出许多意想不到的火花。用消极却浪漫的口吻，表达情绪并述说着社会现状。在不断尝试开发各种路数的玩法与编曲的过程中，也回归原始单纯的听觉找寻共鸣、震荡，然后沉醉。

Vocals and guitarist of the band were born and raised in Yangmingshan, Taipei, where they found Cao Dong Street, a "wasteland" which full of miscanthus. The two found lots of common inspiration here together, hence they borrow the name of the street to call their band, for it's a "wonderland" for them to escape from chaos of reality. However, as the street inevitably became a scenery spot, they finally decided that "No party for Cao Dong" would be a decent name of the band.
The band is versatile on their music style, writes down their own vision to their land and people. Playing with rhythm of disco beats, switching from murmuring to desperate roasting, narrating stories with negative yet romantic tune, in an innovative and harmonic arrangement, their music is always on the way of discovering new possibilities.
