Thierry Maillard是一名接受过古典乐培训的爵士钢琴家和作曲家。他作为主要负责人，制作了12张专辑。Thierry Maillard会定期参加三重奏，四重奏与室内交响乐团的演奏，最近则更多地与一支爱乐乐团合作，并在2015年9月一起发行专辑《Kingdom of Arwen》(Naïve)。他与众多音乐人合作过，例如Nguyên Lê, Didier Malherbe, Minino Garay, Bireli Lagrène, Chris Minh Doky, Bobby Shew, Michel Portal, Bernard Lubat, Didier Lockwood, André Ceccarelli等。
于本次韩国和中国的巡演之际，Thierry将会携手他长期合作的贝斯手，四指拨弦之父Dominique Di Piazza和“The Blues & Beyond Quartet”乐队的鼓手Yoann Schmidt共同完成巡演。
在每场演出的结尾，Thierry Maillard将会进行新专辑——《Never the Same Again》签名发布。这张专辑的主题正是悼念去年11月13日巴黎恐怖袭击事件的作品。

Thierry Maillard is a jazz pianist and composer, classically trained. 12 albums as a leader, Thierry Maillard is playing regularly in trio, quartet, with chamber orchestras and more recently with a philharmonic orchestra - album “Kingdom of Arwen” (Naïve), released in September 2015. He collaborates and plays with Nguyên Lê, Didier Malherbe, Minino Garay, Bireli Lagrène, Chris Minh Doky, Bobby Shew, Michel Portal, Bernard Lubat, Didier Lockwood, André Ceccarelli …
At the occasion of this South Korea and China Tour, Thierry surrounds himself with a long-time partner on Bass: Dominique Di Piazza, father of the four-finger picking style and Yoann Schmidt, titular drummer of the “The Blues & Beyond Quartet”.
The trio will release a new album available on sale at the end of each show: “Never the Same Again”, a tribute to Paris November the 13th attacks.
