OMNIUM GATHERUM

成军于1996年的OMNIUM GATHERUM堪称芬兰旋死的旗帜乐队，作为芬兰旋律死亡金属中最具前卫气质的军团，OG在迄今为止二十年的职业生涯中展示的是一场包罗万象的金属盛宴。其作品可以说是集合了北欧式旋律死亡金属的方方面面，你既可以听到哥德堡之声气质的早期作品，同时其中后期作品也令一众前卫乐迷大呼精彩。从凶猛爆裂的处子作品《Spirits And August Light》到转型过渡的探索之作《Stuck Here on Snakes Way》，OG一步步走向旋律死亡金属的一线阵容，而凭借经典的转型之作《The Redshift》，OG更是一跃成为北欧旋律死亡金属的标杆象征。其后两张史诗级别的极端金属杰作《New World Shadows》与《Beyond》更是完整地建立起OG自己的旋死谱系，而与乐界前辈Nile以及Grave这样大牌乐队的巡演历练也使得OG的气场更为强大。二十年来，OG以丝毫不输给哥德堡之声的凶猛与代表芬兰独特气质的美妙旋律重新定义了旋律死亡金属在不断变化之中的实质精髓。2016年的最新专辑《Grey Heavens》的意义不仅仅是接受所有旋律死亡金属乐迷的顶礼膜拜，更以浓缩了这一风格全部精华的方式集结着所有乐迷。无论是回忆它的黄金岁月，还是期盼它未来的无穷前景，聆听他们都代表了对这一风格的热爱。

同样深受哥德堡之声影响的另一支芬兰旋死强团MORS PRINCIPIUM EST也一直在中国有着有口皆碑的影响力，尤其是在那些“伪旋死”堂而皇之大行其道的时候，MPE在资深旋死乐迷中的备受赞扬便显得更为可贵。成军于1999年的MPE从一开始就显露出与绝大多数芬兰乐队所不同的气质，他们更偏向于邻国瑞典的哥德堡之声，同时也更具有Thrash式的凶猛鞭击力度。从首张专辑《Inhumanity》中凶残音浪背后的黑金属气息到强调芬兰式朦胧感的《Unborn》，MPE的探索一直令人十分惊讶，而扬名立万的经典作品《Liberation = Termination》则表明他们已经将旋死泛滥时代绝大多数克隆乐队远远抛在了身后。最新专辑《Dawn of the 5th Era》的大气恢弘证明他们的实力不仅已然稳坐正统旋死的一线地位，同时也令乐迷对其再度超越自我态度给予最大程度的敬意。

2016年的盛夏，赫尔辛基音乐节开启OG与MPE首度联合降临中国，举办声势浩大的三城巡演，在旋律死亡金属诞生二十多年后的今天，在老乐团纷纷淡出而新式风格层出不穷的今天，芬兰军团OG与MPE将用最纯正的旋律死亡音浪带来那个辉煌年代最强烈的声音！

OMNIUM GATHERUM

From the northern parts of the globe, from Finland,comes Omnium Gatherum - A melodic death metal band known for it's fierce live performances and fresh ingenious sound.

Made of six members Omnium Gatherum delivers sophisticated but aggressive metal that is catchy yet original in composing and arranged to be listened to time and again. Their "trademark" is to push the music ever forward without losing the heritage of the genre - to make something new and still maintain the feeling that is deep in the soil of melodic death metal.

The thing about the band is that it has evolved through the years to be more than the sum of it's members. There is real feeling of a family within the group that has made OG to take a life of it's own so to speak. This is truly like a natural phenomenon and it has demanded a lot from all the members throughout the years - Omnium Gatherum lives up to it's name!Six strong albums and countless gigs around the world. Now at the dawn of the seventh chapter Omnium Gatherum pushes onward stronger than ever. Enjoy the ride! We know we will!

MORS PRINCIPIUM EST

In the beginning, back in the year 1999 in Pori, Finland, Mors Principium Est was established by the three founding members Jori, Jarkko and Toni. Percussion instruments were missing, but later in the same year Mikko joined the band to play the drums. Jori was playing lead guitar and vocals, Jarkko guitar and Toni keyboards. The band played for a while with this set, but in the beginning of year 2000 Jori got tired of singing and wanted to concentrate only on playing guitar. A new singer was needed.

Meanwhile Ville had just left his old band and was looking for something new. He contacted the band and after audition, he became the new vocalist. The first demo was made without a bass-player, but after Listenable Records got interested in the band, it was necessary to find a fulltime bass-player. In the year 2001 Teemu joined the band to play bass-guitar. Two more demos and few gigs were made and finally the hard work got rewarded.

In 2002, Listenable Records offered a contract, which the band signed for 3 albums. The debut album "Inhumanity" was recorded and mixed by Ahti Kortelainen in Finland at Tico-Tico Studios, in December 2002 and mastered at Finnvox Studios, in January 2003. The album was released in spring 2003.

The second album "The Unborn" was recorded at Tico-Tico Studios, in November 2004 and mastered at Finnvox Studios, in December 2004. The album was released in spring 2005, except for USA, where it was released at the end of 2005.

The third album "Liberation=Termination" was recorded in many places around Finland, one of them was, for example, Astia Studio. The album was mastered at Imperial Mastering in California (USA) in the year 2006. It was released during 2007.
