爆裂处有全面摧毁的能量，亦有婉约哀愁的精妙展现。

摇滚乐的创造性，与古典和中国传统的元素，熔炼于这支五人乐队的作品。

时过夏末是湖南⻓沙的五人摇滚乐队，开始于 2008。⻛格偏向新古典和后摇滚。

时过夏末首张唱片《时间太凶狠，回忆过于美丽》于 2011 年 3 月限量发行。在跨越 12 座城市的巡演之后，他们于同年深秋开始筹备自己的首张全⻓。2012 年 11 月 15 日，这张收录了六首作品的全⻓专辑由 1724 唱片发行，名为《最后我们会了个面，然后就离开 了》。此后，时过夏末宣布乐队无限期停滞。

2014 年 10 月，时过夏末重启。2015 年中举行了第二次全国巡演，17 省，23 城，37 天，超过两千名观众，和他们共享了这次总行程超过一万三千公里的音乐旅行。

时过夏末在国内拥有一定数量的坚定支持者，在海外也不乏拥趸，德国、意大利等不同国家的艺术电影或院线电影均取得授权使用过时过夏末的作品。时过夏末参加过声锐后摇、橘洲等音乐节，也曾受邀赴香港大学演出。

目前，时过夏末的第三张新唱片正在制作中。

Summer Fades Away is a five-piece rock band based in Changsha, Hunan province, formed in 2008. Their music style leans towards neoclassical and post-rock.

Unlike its obscurity in their homeland, Summer Fades Away has been gaining more and more recognition overseas. Even the most critical Western centrist acknowledges that their work is capable of surpassing the so-called Oriental features. Summer Fades Away is a name worthed to note among post-rock enthusiasts in Germany, Italy, and the Americas.
