-乐队成立于1984年，起初，他们在短短的几个星期之内就制作了他们的第一套表演曲目，其中包括了十几首歌曲，
他们便开始了在法国的首演。首演的成功，很快就为他们赢得了法国国内及国外的声誉，这些歌曲包括了：, Blue Oyster Cult, Tokyo Blade, Acid等等。
在他们的作品中，他们混合了法国乐坛精彩纷呈的那个阶段的几个主要乐队的风格，随之发行了第一张专辑“另一种生活”，并进行了法国国内巡演。
但是当乐队的第二张专辑即将完成之际，当时的多个专业音乐杂志对Rozz乐队好评如潮的时候，ROZZ乐队在1987年10月解散了。
2008年至今
ROZZ乐队于2008年3月再次成立，J.P MAURO再次与Marcel XIMENES联手重建ROZZ，并于同年末在法国里尔和爱宁波蒙举办了演唱会。
2009年，ROZZ乐队发行了包含5首歌曲的新专辑：2009。
此专辑得到了乐评的一致赞赏，这让ROZZ重新回到了法国重金属摇滚的风光前沿，成为了当今最好的乐队之一。
这张专辑中的魔鬼军团得到了国际音乐杂志internationale Imperative Music Volume One的收录并在美国发行。
2009年夏季，ROZZ在音乐室中进行新专辑的制作，定于2009年11月旬发行，最后于2010年3月面世。
这一张专辑名为世纪变迁，由Promorock Music制作，Brennus Music发行，共包含了16首新歌和16页的专辑彩页。
2010年12月，ROZZ乐队发行了他们在法国北部重金属音乐节的演唱会表演的DVD(Promorock发行)。
此后，J.P MAURO结束了他的音乐生涯，乐队的另一个创始人，同时也是作曲人的Marcel XIMENES重组了乐队，他任吉他主唱，Axel DORDAIN担任吉他手，Stef MOULIN任鼓手，Herr DAY任低音手。2
011年12月，他们一起把ROZZ的第一张专辑重新制作了CD版本，并于2012年1月出版了《另一种生活》的单曲精装版，这是ROZZ乐队的最出名的单曲。
2012年11月至2013年5月，乐队录制了新专辑生活片段，新唱片将于2013年10月25日由PROMOROCK MUSIC以CD和33转的黑胶唱片两种形式发行。

The French Melodic Hard Rock band Rozz was formed in the beginning of 1984. Already very quickly they became so successful that they got the opportunity to perform as a guest of famous national and international bands (Vulcain, Blue Oyster cult, Tokyo Blade, Acid …). Just the time to meet all the famous ones who belonged to that prolific time for French Heavy Metal and they released their album ”Une Autre Vie”, and some of the tracks are still mentioned today in many mails from nostalgic fans. The band took a long break and returned in 2008. Quite a few releases were the result of this come-back and that meant the band was to stay in the scene for the long-run.

The new album “Tranches De Vie” is the result of years of experience. The great Rozz-sound is stronger than ever before and fans can expect the band to play live in support of this album !
