2014行乐计划新街口组合&孙梦楠全国巡演，全程共17站，行程覆盖东北、华中、华南。7月25日首站北京，将在愚公移山开场。此次巡演是中国说唱有史以来最大规模的巡回演出。
新街口组合是内地嘻哈音乐的领头人气天团之一。该乐队09年正式成立，主要成员为MC Han和Song（宋之诺）。自出道以来保持每年发行一张新专辑的初产率，积累的极高的人气，其数以百万计的粉丝覆盖了全国各个省市，更包括来自日本，韩国，瑞士，法国，美国等世界世界各地的嘻哈乐迷。
2012年开始的行乐计划一直致力于独立音乐推广及现场演出，是一项致力扶植内地优质原创音乐，为优秀乐队提供全国巡演机会的社会性艺术支持计划。新街口是今年合作的第一支说唱组合，此次巡演经过漫长的准备过程，相信一定会给喜欢说唱的乐迷们带来一场满足你所有感官的盛宴。

Chinese Rap Band Mc Han & Song was founded in 2009, and the main members of this band are Mc Han and Song. And they had released one album yearly since they were founded. They have gathered some fans in China and are welcomed by many fans from overseas.
