前进乐团成立于1997年，是一组爆发力十足的三人英式摇滚团体。擅长以浓郁绵密的和声、强烈又动听的编曲揉合出极具魅力的演绎风格。
流利的中文及对于华语音乐的广泛涉猎，加上团员本身有着厚实的摇滚音乐涵养，创作的音乐散发出在传统英式摇滚里听不到的独特韵味，其创作视野已是不言可喻。

Supper Moment是香港近年崛起的最具人气的独立流行乐队，并且已经开始在香港主流音乐圈打开名气。今年年初在九展举办的《世界变了样》演唱会吸引了超过三千多乐迷到场支持，可谓人气爆棚。
Supper Moment成立于2006年，由主唱Sunny、吉他手阿鸡、贝斯手CK和鼓手阿达组成。主唱Sunny在香港地下音乐圈堪称传奇式人物，少年时期就出入Band房，参与多支乐队计划，如今除了作为Supper Moment主唱，还是香港最受欢迎金属乐队铁树兰的主唱。能够领衔两支风格迥异的乐队和Sunny具有超强的舞台掌控力和煽动力分不开。Sunny天生具有巨星的魅力和气质。Supper Moment虽然在音乐风格上指向流行，但他们的现场极具冲击力和震撼效果，一点也不亚于重型摇滚乐队的现场，只要他们一上台，台下必定热血与烈焰飞溅！
作为当今香港最炙手可热的新星，在港乐日渐式微的今天，Supper Moment还不为内地乐迷所熟知，但2013年深圳热波音乐节和2014深圳迷笛跨年音乐节两次亮相颇为惊艳，让南方乐迷开始领教这支香港超人气乐队的现场魅力。
Supper Moment至今推出了三张EP《等等》、《旅程》（2010）、《小伙子出城记》（2012），两张专辑《再次心跳》（2011）和《世界变了样》（2014）。2014年最新专辑《世界变了样》同名歌曲已经成为音乐节和演唱会大合唱的的金曲，同时被选为2014香港电影票房冠军《金鸡SSS》的插曲，一时间在香港乃至珠三角地区广为流传。另一支单曲《无尽》更是成为无数青年心中的励志金曲，该曲在香港多个主流排行榜上占据冠军。
