来自东京的「如何从一数到十」乐队，一共五位成员，四种乐器，合奏出一首首节拍独特丶旋律精彩的作品。当初会出现这团名是在和朋友闲聊中诞生的，虽然当下的想法没有太多的含意，现在看来却与乐团的音乐和走向有着互相搭配的意味。
「我们的音乐没有主唱，当中亦没有一种乐器做主导，我们把自己手中的乐器，与各人的乐器互相配合，彷佛乐器是画笔，既各自在画纸上发挥构想又能互相影响，形成一幅色彩缤纷的图画。」
虽然说数字摇滚的元祖无容置疑是TOE，但在不断进步的音乐世界里，日本许多数字摇滚乐队在音乐当中加了不少变奏，听起来比天团更有新鲜感。How To Count One To Ten正正是一例子，他们打破数字後摇运用小调的惯性传统，利用大调作主旋律，创作出令人轻松愉快的作品，令这音乐世界充满阳光。
How To Count One To Ten从2009年开始，一直於东京大大小小的live house现出，当中包括鼎鼎大名，每个到东京的乐迷都必去朝圣的代官山LOOP及涩谷O-NEST。丰富了演出经验的How To Count One To Ten，去年12月首次到台湾地区作巡演，并与当地有名的数字摇滚乐队大象体操同台演出，大获好评。看过乐队现在演出的朋友们，都表示急不及待的想把乐队带到中国内地，把他们的音乐分享给广大的乐迷。今年9月，How To Count One To Ten将来到中国演出，为大家带来一首又一首精彩的作品。

There are no vocals to their music. Neither is there a lead part. It's not an exaggeration to say that there's no starring role to their music. Each musical part plays a supporting role to create a melody that is the single theme. Each part is made from the interpretation of the composition, which means that deep thought is put into the point, strength, and timing of the picking. It is holding your breath as if to dive 2000 meters into the deep sea and gradually changing everything into pressure, namely, concentration. The deeper you dive, the more obvious the displacement of the rhythm becomes, making you able to feel the ultra-delicate nuance between the notes. Then, the sense of time is stretched out to make a second feel infinitely long. Even the "gap" of a fraction of a second of a composition at 180 BPM feels long and bears importance. They feel it is one of the important points of their music, to embody the "gap" that appears. It is the spirit of feeling and sensing within this limited community of five, in other words, their music is about capturing the "gap". If all five members can keep diving at the same depth, the result would be outstanding music, but it has yet to be realized. This is, however, what they aim for.
