“红色推土机盲童帮助计划”的钱快花完了，今年七月这个计划将在深圳举办“第三届盲童夏令营”。为此，周云蓬与小河将在深圳B10现场进行一场演出，演出收入全部捐献给此次夏令营活动。期待您的到来，您的购票就是对盲童最好的帮助。
“红色推土机盲童帮助计划”是2009年由盲人音乐人周云蓬发起的一个帮助贫困盲童的公益基金。其目的是用唱片销售收益帮助为那些家境贫困的失明孩子，购买他们需要的乐器、mp3播放器、读书机等。2009年，为了让更多的人知道这个计划，周云蓬与众多民谣歌手无偿录制了一个童谣专辑，包含了二十六个歌手，二十六曲童谣，专辑名字为《红色推土机》。
周云蓬策划推出民谣合辑《红色推土机》时在唱片文案中写到：
“我九岁失明后，最渴望得到的是一台有短波功能的收音机，它对于我意味着重返人间的道路；飘在北京，我最向往拥有一台具备语音提示功能的能自由阅读和写作的电脑，这样才能更个人更隐私地与世界交谈。现在，我用电脑写下这些文字：我想发起一个帮助贫困盲童的计划，寻找那些经济窘困的盲童，为他们购买读书机、乐器、mp3，我无法承诺为某个盲童带来一生的幸福，这个计划只是一声遥远的召唤，就像你不能送一个迷路的盲人回家，但可以找一根干净光滑的盲杖，交到他手中，路边的树、垃圾箱、风吹的方向、狗叫声、晚炊的香气，会引导他一路找回家门。”
2013年，周云蓬再次策划推出《金色推土机》民谣合辑。参与其中的音乐人有：钟立风、刘东明、左小祖咒、小河、五条人、顶楼的马戏团、张玮玮、郭龙、张智、冬子、龚琳娜，台湾的陈世川、罗丝容，还有西藏的盲童德庆玉珍、单增欧珠、德勒卓玛，以及安顺聋哑学校的师生。
继2013年、2016年在北京举办了两次盲童夏令营后，今年周云蓬与中国盲文出版社再度联手，将夏令营的活动地点移到南方，2017年7月18日至23日，第三届盲童夏令营将在深圳举办，届时来自全国偏远地区的20位盲童将去游乐场、海边游玩，向小河学习演唱、和周云蓬一起联欢。
周云蓬
民谣歌手、诗人。
1970年出生于辽宁沈阳，9岁失明。1980年就读于沈阳盲童学校，1991年考入长春大学特教学院中文专业，1994年毕业，背着吉他去北京改行唱歌。
发行唱片：

出版作品：
个人诗文集《春天责备》、杂文集《绿皮火车》、诗集《午夜起来听寂静》
2008年被《南方人物周刊》评为“青年领袖”，曾获得过华语传媒音乐大奖“最佳民谣艺人”、获得“最佳作词人”，2011年因诗作《不会说话的爱情》获《人民文学》年度“诗歌奖”。
2009年、2012年策划民谣合辑《红色推土机》、《金色推土机》，销售所得用于帮助贫困盲童。
2011年参演电影《神探亨特张》，该片获金马奖最佳电影奖。

Zhou Yunpeng
Folk singer and writer.
Born in Shenyang, Liaoning in 1970 and has become blind at the age of 9.
In 1980, Zhou studied at Shenyang Blind Chirdren School in 1980. Later he studied at Special Education Institute in Changchun University in 1991 and major in Chinese Language. He has started his music career in 1994.
Zhou has released some works:
Albums: The Breath Silent as a secret, Chinese Kids, Cattle and Sheep Down From Mountain, Old Town in April.
Books: Spring Blame, Green Train, Get up to Listen the Silence in the Midnight.
He was awarded “The Leader of Young Man” by Southern Figures Week, “The Best Folk Singer” and “The Best Lyrics Writer” by Chinese Media Music. His poem “The Speechless Love” was awarded “The Best Poem” by People Literature in 2011.
The income from his two albums “Red Bulldozer” and “Golden Bulldozer” was used to help blind children.
He took part in the film “Detective Hunter Zhang” which the Golden Horse Film Festival awarded it “The Best Film”.
Xiao He
The third son of Qiaoyun Tian and Pingsuo He.
Folk singer, music producer, founder of Music Portrait and Echo Action.
