韦斯特罗斯（Vasteras），瑞典第六大城市，城市人口近14万，有近千年的历史，是一座历史悠久的花园式工业城市。也许你从没有听说过这个城市，但是就是从这个不为人熟悉的瑞典小城，走出来闻名世界的电力和自动化工业巨头ABB，还有跨国服装品牌H&M。与此同时，这里也走出了一支颇具实力并且逐渐走红的后摇/自赏乐队——E321。
E321于2011年在瑞典韦斯特罗斯成立，乐队成员包括吉他手Robert Holm、贝斯手Tom Andersson和鼓手Oskar Cederblad。2012年10月，E321发表了首张EP《Among the Trees》，这张包含了3首作品的唱片让E321在瑞典独立音乐圈崭露头角，尤其是主打歌曲《They Call Us Human》，不但被知名后摇博客Post Rock Essentials选入“2012年20首最佳后摇单曲”，这首歌的MV更是由瑞典新锐导演Eric Nyberg亲自操刀，并最终入围了2013年哥德堡国际电影节（Gothenburg Film Festival）“最佳音乐录影带”提名。
2014年年底，E321开始进棚录制首张专辑，与此前在家里完成的首张EP不同的是，这次他们来到了排名瑞典前五位的顶级录音棚Studio Vasteras，并力邀著名制作人Vladi Vargas担任混音和母带处理的工作。2015年2月，E321的首张专辑《ID》正式发表。之后他们与Scraps Of Tape、Dorena、Oh Hiroshima等知名后摇乐队进行了巡演，并参加了北欧多个大型音乐节，这都让E321人气飙升。
2018年7月，E321将应新晋独立演出厂牌清汤音乐邀请，进行首次中国巡演。
