如果说舞蹈，必须要一个节奏，那么你我都是生下来就带着节奏的舞者。
心跳，脉搏，来自母体的freestyle，从我们有意识那一刻，就已如影随形。
成长于世，需要生存，我们不断在向前，向上，不知疲乏一般，包裹住内心，穿梭于钢筋水泥间，披荆斩棘于电子人脑交叉线之间。生活，这样看似规整的日复一日，色彩黑白。
某一日，惊鸿一瞥一群跳动的身影，如此不落窠臼。这个瞬间，也被这光点直射防备下的心，原来丢失的，只是一种最原始的喜爱，最原始的由心而发的律动。
我们不谈梦想如何伟岸，不谈人生如何哲学，也没有什么所谓的舞蹈大师，生活这个舞台，你早已是主角，为何不在已经按部就班的日子里，添加一抹你喜爱的色彩？
