凶猛、老派、四溢的荷尔蒙，还有一丝混沌的浪漫，这是小南瓜前面三首先行单曲给我们带来的感受。三首单曲层层递进，相互依托，接连让人发出“小南瓜回来了！”的赞叹，也让我们对这张距离《Eros is a pimp》四年之后的全新专辑充满了期待。而今天，小南瓜全新第二张专辑《EXCUSE ME, ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT FOVE? LUCK YOU! 》已全部上线。
这是小南瓜乐队的第二张专辑，由国内著名录音师李平操刀，于2017年底录制，经过一年的后期，终于完成。专辑探讨了年轻、荷尔蒙、迷茫等一系列问题，对乐队本身来讲是生活的总结，对于乐迷而言，则可能是当下最好的、开始爱上他们的入口。

一直以来，小南瓜始终沉溺于对爱情及其占有者的怀疑和轻蔑之中。以盲狮自居而透出的慌乱、充溢的荷尔蒙、粘稠的混沌是小南瓜上张专辑的出口，这张专辑则是对之前的完全突破——如果说之前是在受害者的视角表达狂妄，现在便是彻头彻尾被否定之后的遮羞，不知所以的怀疑已变成笃定的否定。但这都是真实的吗？在看不见尽头的失落中悬浮算不算是消沉？或者说，一条落难的狗真的还具有表达的欲望吗？此感之旅尽在这张《EXCUSE ME, ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT FOVE? LUCK YOU! 》。

新专辑中大开大阖的编曲及旋律，丰沛饱满的情感及多维的创作角度无疑都在预示着小南瓜已不是四年前大家固有印象中的“新乡朋克劲旅”。在更靠近乐队本身创作的同时，小南瓜这一次展现出更大的决绝和野心，音乐风格上融合了更根源的摇滚乐，以试图延展大众对punk的审美视角。
早在2015年，小南瓜就曾带着他们的首张专辑开展了他们的首次巡演，四年过去了，各路演出突飞猛进地增多，虽不乏精彩，但也难免疲软。而小南瓜似乎一直保持着自成立以来所有的凶猛和热情，而且有增无减。所以如果你依然渴望音乐饱满、荷尔蒙四溢的现场，小南瓜无疑是你的最佳选择。

Pumpkins founded in 2009 in Xinxiang, which is a mysterious city. For playing with a band, several childhood playmates have formed a band. And then, the band has gone through drifting, ups and downs, heart-wrenching for eight years, and gasping still now. The band is addicted to some "old things" and is willing to call itself Old-school Punk. All four members of the band are dreamers when they are awake, but when they are not, they will make any places into the 1970s of London or Manchester. What Pumpkins can do is to make you feel thrilled so that you ultimately don't want tomorrow, or to incarnate eros to give you the best Old B***h.
In 2017, they re-released their first official album "Eros is a pimp" under the music brand Ruby Eyes.
