God Is An Astronaut（简称GIAA）是爱尔兰后摇领域的标杆性乐队，2002年由双胞胎兄弟Niels与Torsten Kinsella创立，自诞生起便以极具史诗感的器乐叙事，构建出属于自己的“宇宙之声”。
区别于传统后摇的刻板范式，GIAA巧妙平衡了磅礴音墙与空灵氛围，将太空摇滚、电子乐元素融入创作，旋律明亮动听，编曲层次丰富。2005年发行的《All Is Violent, All Is Bright》成为传世经典，也是无数乐迷入门后摇的必听专辑。
舞台上的GIAA精准到毫秒的演奏，磅礴炸裂；让现场成为无数乐迷心中“一生必看”的后摇朝圣现场，二十余年来始终保持着对器乐摇滚的极致坚守，也因此成为全球后摇场景中最具号召力的名字之一。
本次巡演以2024年发行的全新专辑《Embers》为核心，GIAA将带着全新的现场编排，把《Embers》里如余烬般温热又坚定的旋律，带到广州、深圳、北京三座城市的舞台上——这也是这张专辑自发行以来，首次在中国的专场巡演中完整呈现。

God Is An Astronaut, commonly shortened to GIAA, is an iconic Irish instrumental post-rock band formed in 2002 by twin brothers Torsten and Niels Kinsella, with drummer Lloyd Hanney completing the core lineup.
Initially founded as a DIY side project intended to mark a farewell to the mainstream music industry, the band rose to underground fame after releasing their landmark second album All Is Violent, All Is Bright. Their sound blends structured post-rock, cosmic space rock, subtle electronic textures and krautrock rhythms, crafting wordless, cinematic instrumental narratives that balance melancholic quietness and explosive dynamic peaks.
Over two decades, GIAA has released 11 full-length studio albums, including their 2024 latest record Embers. The band has built a long-standing bond with Chinese fans, touring across major Chinese cities since their first China run in 2014 and appearing at local independent music festivals.
This 2026 China tour marks the first time they will perform the entire Embers album live in China, alongside classic fan-favourite tracks.
