Monoswezi

来自挪威奥斯陆Monoswezi是一支由来自莫桑比克，挪威，瑞典与津巴布韦的音乐家组成的乐队。凭借着对于非洲传统音乐（尤其是莫桑比克与津巴布韦地区）的热情，Monoswezi追寻一种结合非洲传统音乐与西方现代的音乐表现形式。除了传统音乐以外，他们也致力于表演原创即兴音乐。

在2015年五月份，Monoswezi 在英国著名厂牌 Riverboat 旗下发行了专辑 “Monoswezi Yanga” (www.worldmusic.net/momoswezi)。Riverboat是国际上最重要的厂牌之一。

Monoswezi Yanga 在当月的英国广播电台音乐榜单（BBC）上排名第三，并连续六个月在欧洲世界音乐榜单（World Music Charts Europe）上获得了前二十名的成绩。

MonkeyBar

MonkeyBar 是来自北欧的双人组合，包括成员Steiner Nickelsen和Erik Nylander。

他们不规则的鼓点节奏，浮夸的合成琴音和低沉的贝斯组成了他们的现代电子音乐，呈现出北欧黑暗的历史时刻。在表演中，他们善于使用即兴来达到与现场观众的情绪共鸣，并创造出肉体感官以外的氛围。

成员之一的Steiner Nickelsen 拥有多年的爵士练习与表演经验，并在挪威获得了 “年度最佳年轻爵士乐手” 的称号。他的搭档Erik Nylander是挪威最活跃的鼓手之一，在当地频繁的参与巡回演出并在许多乐队的录音中担任过鼓手。

MonkeyBar 将在2016年10月份发行他们的第二张专辑 Last Dance。

Monoswezi

Monoswezi is a collective of musicians originally from Mozambique, Norway, Sweden and Zimbabwe based in Oslo Norway. With a common passion for traditional African music in general, and music from Zimbabwe and Mozambique in particular, Monoswezi seeks a musical expression, where respect for tradition is combined with different references and experiences from jazz and modern Western music. In addition to traditional music, Monoswezi performs music composed by the band members, with a strong improvisational approach.

In May 2015 the band released the album "Monoswezi Yanga" on the acclaimed English riverboat label/world music network (www.worldmusic.net/monoswezi), our second on this label, one of the most important international world music labels.

"Monoswezi Yanga” was album of the month in BBC World on 3, and the album has remained in the top 20 on the World Music Charts Europe for 6 months.

MonkeyBar

MonkeyBar are Scandinavian duo Steiner Nickelsen and Erik Nylander.

They create live driving techno with off-kilter drumming, swollen synth lines and deep bass drones: evocative of epic days filled with darkness in the northernmost fjords of Scandinavia. Their sets are improvised, taking the audience with them on journey of synesthesia: playful, yet viscerally emotive. They use their instruments to provide a portal to outer-body experiences, responding to each crowd and atmosphere as they see fit.

With a long history of jazz practice and performance, Steinar Nickelsen was honoured Young Jazz Musician of the Year in his native Norway, and Erik Nylander, originally from Sweden, is one of Norway’s most active drummers, frequently touring and playing in multiple bands and recording sessions.

MonkeyBar will release their 2nd album “Last Dance” in October, 2016.
